Lucy-8/31/2023.l had a rock in my roter and it was making the worstsound.I called and thankfully they had a no show as lwas able to bring the car right over. When they

looked at the roters they couldn't find the rock, sothere was no charge. l figure it fell out when theywere taking it apart, but they test drove the car anddouble checked everything. Very friendly on thephone and in person.
